ABOUT CORRINE

Corrine's yoga teaching practice is based on precision and alignment of the body. At first, alignment is approximate and then it gradually becomes more precise as understanding increases.

In the classes props are used ie: bolsters, blankets, belts and chairs. If you had thought the idea of practicing yoga, impossible, because of your lack of flexibility the props will fully support you, so that even the most inflexible person can begin to learn.

The amount of time and effort depends on the individual. Most students attend at least one The Yoga Space class each week.

Over time you may decide to attend more classes or start your own home practice.
