This class helps you remove the physical and emotional impurities that prevent you from achieving your optimal health. In this class we practice traditional sun salutation along with some rhythmic postures and powerful pranayama (breathing techniques). This special class will maintain mucus in your body; it will cleanse your nostril and its path, boost your immunity and rid the body of unwanted ailments.
